First place in the IT 500 remained unchanged this year
Turkcell Global Bilgi, a pioneer in customer experience and industry with 15 thousand employees in Turkey and Ukraine, continues to crown its leadership with awards. Turkcell Global Bilgi ranked 1st in its category according to sales revenues in the ‘Top 500 IT Companies Survey’, which includes Turkey’s most important IT companies.
The tradition was not broken in the IT 500. Turkcell Global Bilgi, which offers a unique digital customer experience to brands, maintained its first place this year with a revenue of 1 billion 816 thousand TL and ranked 1st in the Call Center Service category in the ‘Top 500 IT Companies Survey’. Turkcell Global Bilgi was ranked first for the 13th time in a row in the 23rd survey conducted by BT Haber this year.

Public and Private Sector Representatives Met at The Event
The award ceremony, which was held physically at Fişekhane and broadcast digitally at the same time, started with a guitar solo performance by Taylan Dedeoğlu, an artist and informatics expert known as the Lord of Guitars. In addition to the managers and experts of important companies in the sector, important names from the Presidency, the Ministry of Industry and Technology, and the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure also made sectoral evaluations. The ‘Top 500 IT Companies’ survey, prepared according to the net sales revenues realized in 2021 by companies operating in the IT sector, continues to be Turkey’s only comprehensive survey in this field.
